Born and raised in the Knoxville area, Suzanne has a great love, appreciation, and knowledge of the areas that she serves. Her extensive knowledge of East Tennessee makes her a standout among her peers. Suzanne specializes in the senior real estate market and is a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist. She is also the only REALTOR® in Tennessee to hold a Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP) certification. This advanced training has equipped her to serve seniors at the highest level. Suzanne enjoys holding downsizing seminars at area senior communities and independent living communities in and around Knoxville. Prior to real estate, Suzanne owned a service-oriented business for 25+ years. It was there she learned and practiced three core values that she believes set her apart and give her clients confidence when choosing her as their real estate advisor - integrity in all she does, personalized service, and exceptional work ethic. She now strives to bring those values to each and every real estate client that she has the honor of serving.
